168jl operates under the regulatory framework of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using 168jl, you submit to Philippine jurisdiction.
168jl accepts GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted. Credit card deposits and cryptocurrency transactions are strictly prohibited.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 168jl are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Players must read and understand the applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer. Abuse of bonus systems will result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active 168jl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances.
168jl provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools. 168jl reserves the right to enforce limits on accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
1.1 The 168jl platform and all services offered therein are available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
1.2 By registering an account with 168jl, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction; (c) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
1.3 168jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 168jl may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
⚠️ Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds in the account will be forfeited. 168jl cooperates fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities in cases involving underage gambling.
2.1 To access the full range of 168jl services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process.
2.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 168jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 168jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password for your 168jl account; (b) not share your login credentials with any third party; (c) notify 168jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account; and (d) log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
2.4 168jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions.
168jl implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID.

Credit card deposits are strictly prohibited for gambling transactions in the Philippines. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other digital assets) are not accepted and will be rejected. Attempting to deposit via prohibited methods may result in account suspension.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 168jl reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 168jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
168jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
4.1 168jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
4.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
4.3 168jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an offer will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent account suspension.
5.1 All games available on the 168jl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by 168jl or any third party.
5.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 168jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded to the player's account balance.
5.3 Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible outcome. 168jl does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 168jl platform:
6.2 168jl reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be suspended and pending withdrawals withheld. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 168jl may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance, in addition to pursuing any available legal remedies.
7.1 168jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviors. 168jl takes this responsibility seriously and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support player wellbeing.
7.3 168jl staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players displaying concerning patterns of behavior. 168jl reserves the right to impose account restrictions or enforce self-exclusion on any account where problem gambling is suspected, without requiring the player's consent.

8.1 All content on the 168jl platform — including but not limited to the 168jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 168jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 168jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) reverse-engineer any software component of the platform; or (d) use the 168jl brand or trademarks without prior written authorization.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 168jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.
9.2 168jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
9.3 In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 168jl's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
168jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 168jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Upon account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 168jl customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 In the event of a dispute between a player and 168jl, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 168jl's internal customer support process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting the 168jl support team. 168jl will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.1 168jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 168jl will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 168jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
12.3 If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the 168jl platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.
